Rebecca was born and raised in middle Tennessee and has lived here most of her life. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a focus on Therapeutic massage. She graduated from Mind Body Institute in Nashville, where she was trained in Prenatal, Infant, Swedish, Deep Tissue, CranioSacral Therapy, and Therapeutic massage.
She has spent the last several years focused on learning informed trauma massage for those with PTSD and other stress related issues. Rebecca believes in the restorative power of touch and holding space for others to help them facilitate their own recovery, be it physically from injury or mentally and emotionally from stress and life itself.
